This year, World Book Day 2026 was celebrated on Thursday 5th March 2026.  This year, our school decided to put a spotlight on Roald Dahl – a British author celebrated for his imaginative and magical stories for children. Pupils were invited to come to school on the day dressed in a costume linked to one of Roald Dahl’s books. It was fantastic to see so many fantastic costumes!  Thank you to our families for all their efforts!  

In the afternoon, parents were welcomed into school for a Biscuit and Book session.  It was lovely to see so many of our parents enjoying a storybook with their children.
