This year, Comic Relief 2026 was celebrated on Friday 20^th March 2026.  Red Nose Day is an annual fundraising event run by Comic Relief. Comic Relief is a UK charity which aims to create a just world free from poverty.

This year, Year 6 pupils led the Comic Relief event at Beaumont Lodge Primary School.  They designed fun activities that they delivered across the school.  The activities included a penalty shoot-out, a red nose design competition, a dance session, cup challenge and a bookmark and bracelet making workshop.  

The Year 6 pupils did a fantastic job of organising and managing the event! The pupils across the school were very excited about the activities on offer and really enjoyed taking part!
