Admissions

Admissions for the Main School (Reception Class - Year 6)

The Leicester City Council website offers detailed information:

http://www.leicester.gov.uk/admissions/

You must apply for a place for your child in the main school through the Local Authority. A relevant form will be sent to you directly by Leicester City Council. If you do not receive a form by the November before your child is due to start school in the September, then please contact Leicester City Council on (0116) 4541009.

A place in the nursery class does not guarantee a place in the main school. If refused a place in the main school you may appeal to an independent tribunal which will consider each individual case on merit. This is sorted out again by the local authority not the school.

Parents moving into the area should contact the Local Authority to find out if places are available.
